I am Alex Koskin, a writer based in Moscow, Russia and help people to win the hearts with words. As for the elephant in the room: I’m bilingual and speak, write, and think in English for over 15 years now.

I’ve been writing professionally since 2009 (better known as “the year I wrote a book”), won awards for my script- and essay writing, wrote 63+ sketches, and 49+ YouTube-video scripts, helped people become better writers and constantly learn to write better.

Since I’m bragging… I’ve almost launched my career in Hollywood, but a bum near the Al Pachino’s star bit my leg, stole my script and I had to rush home. The bum is now an A-list writer, by the way.

What I Do Write

If you need something compact and precise, I write articles, blog posts, newsletters. For your lengthy literary needs, I can offer to help you create rich brochures, courses, ebooks. In the copywriting department, I can provide you with tasty product descriptions, sales pages, websites, and email templates. Creatively speaking, I’d be happy to write scripts for your videos.

My standard rate for a 1,500 word blog post is $350. But I’ve got the whole page dedicated to Services&Rates. As well as to Portfolio.

What I Don’t Write

Russian? Seriously?

Consider this. For the last 10 years — though I have easy access to entertainment in Russian — I watch movies, series, videos exclusively in English. Read fiction, scripts, articles, and books in English only. Speak with my wife at home in English (except at certain times, of course). If that doesn’t tell you about my dedication and tenacity, I don’t know what will.

I’m very conscience about English being my second language. And that makes me extra cautious and diligent. I triple-check everything that I write, heavily use Grammarly and Hemingway Editor, and always, always proofread out loud.
